Exchanges Made Easy
For your convenience in making returns (particularly if you are out of town and using mail),
we are pleased to provide you with these helpful suggestions that we ask you to follow. In
doing so, your returns and exchanges can be handled promptly and accurately.
- Return items in the package in which they came, along will all appropriate price tags, tissue, etc.
- All items returned should be made on a timely basis, within seven days of their purchase.
- Be certain to write clearly on the outside of parcels being shipped back to us. Include your name,
address and telephone number, as well as any details about your return inside your package. Whether
it's a return or exchange, appropriate sales slips and details will allow us to process your
request in a timely manner.
- We recommend you utilize a shipping company, such as FedEx or UPS. The tracking information may
be invaluable if the package is lost. And, while insurance is optional, it is highly recommended.
- Keep a copy of all receipts and records to make certain you receive proper credit.

In addition to our regular convenient store hours, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, we
are pleased to be available on call to attend to your every clothing need. Our staff of professional
associates will be happy to schedule an appointment for you here at our store, after regular hours.
Additionally, each member of our staff is available to come to you....
- At your office, with samples and swatches for your review, and
- At your home, for a complete wardrobe consultation.
...And, there's no additional charge. We've even made house calls to the church to hand-tie bow
ties for groomsmen in a wedding. There really isn't anything we won't do to accommodate you. Try us!

Dry Cleaning & Garment Care
The Rogue recommends following all of the manufacturer's instructions
printed on the label inside your garments. This includes dry cleaning and
washing temperatures, if applicable. Keeping to these standards will ensure
your apparel looks and feels its best throughout its lifetime.

for all your dry cleaning needs. With locations throughout the Jackson Metro
area, Hallmark offers professional cleaning of even your most delicate clothing.
Our staff use Hallmark, exclusively, for all of our cleaning requirements.

Packing & Shipping Service
Whether you want your purchases mailed to you after shopping or even if you
want items shipped as gifts to a third party, we are pleased to offer a complete
packing and shipping service for items purchased from our store. In most cases,
gift items can be shipped the same day as purchased; for items requiring
alterations, timely shipments will be made.
We usually ship by United Parcel Service, as their record for dependability is
without question. For items that require next-day delivery, we offer shipment
via Federal Express.
Either way, you'll find the cost for these services most reasonable. Please
inquire for details.

Additionally, most clothing is altered free of charge and with our compliments. Other
alterations are performed at a most reasonable charge, and our staff will be pleased to
provide you with a list of alteration charges, where applicable.
Rest assured that we will make every effort to accommodate your alteration needs whenever
possible. But, please remember to allow adequate time for us to complete your alterations.
There is simply no short-cut to completing quality alterations and exacting tailoring
takes just the right amount of time.
Re-alterations are performed quickly, as we are always anxious to provide you with the
kind of tailoring you deserve and have a right to expect.
